Shan Karahi Masala is a 50g North Indian and Pakistani specialty seasoning with the perfect balance of spices to achieve an authentic taste. When cooking Karahi dishes, add the masala to a pan with oil and fried onions. Then add your chosen meat or vegetables and fry for 10 minutes. Simmer for 20 minutes until tender, and finish with crushed Kasoori Methi and lemon juice.
